HOW TO ORDER
search for your item, for example through mercari japan or korean twitter, and submit the link through my form. once you have submitted, i will review your request, and if accepted, i will help you buy your requested item. your order(s) will then be delivered to my proxy address (korean address or neokyo warehouse).

for any translation help, i suggest using papago over google translate as their translations are better. for the best japanese to english translation, i recommend translating from japanese to korean to english.
PAYMENTS
once i accept your request, all korean requests must be paid for within 24 hours. most korean sellers require immediate purchase, and i cannot pay for any requests up front (out of pocket).
for all japanese (neokyo) orders, payment must be made within 24 hours of neokyo accepting the buy request.
REFUNDS
for all korean requests for twitter purchases, i will refund you the full amount in the event i am unable to secure your item. for all other korean requests (e.g. buying from a website), i will do my best to refund you the amount minus any handling fees my proxy service requires.
for all japanese (neokyo) orders, i will refund you the amount minus any neokyo fees, as neokyo does not refund their fees.
